Look what arrived on my doorstop today! Thank you Carol - the beautiful 'Honeywine' for randomly picking me and supporting me with my weight loss goals. You are truly a very special lady. I love my bag and can't wait to show it off and take it everywhere now!

ARTastic October Challenge - Starry Night (Van Gogh)

Oh I am SOOOOOOOO excited by this month's challenge at ARTastic!....... and my first LO as a Design Team member. WARNING!! Scrapping can be a dangerous hobby!

Whilst I was creating this LO for the Enchanted cybercrop this weekend, I decided to use my paper piercer to unstick the bumble-bee from the backing clip it was attached to ........ well in a split second - the paper piercer snapped, the bit that snapped off flew into my face and has left a 5mm gouge out of my cheek. Not happy Jan! Just lucky I didn't lose an eye.

Enchanted Scrapbooking - Sept Chocolate Sunday Challenge

The colour palette above the photo was the set challenge. I just love that I found the perfect photo to match. I've never framed a whole photo with flowers before. I'm enjoying trying new things with my scrapping lately!

Wedding Cards

I made a couple of wedding cards this morning from some Stampin' Up stamps that the lovely Deanne SM allowed me to borrow. I love the photograph because I just happened to capture Holly Dolly in the background!! She's never far away! She just happened to be out chasing the resident little lizard that lives in my garden. Poor thing.

Everything Old Is New .....

This LSBS 52 Pick Up challenge required us to dig deep and find some of the oldest 'must have' patterned paper that we bought when we first began scrapbooking and add some old embellishments as well. I had to have every piece of Chatterbox PP I could when it was the 'in' thing because I loved the pretty patterns and soft colours and I also had to have every small Prima flower in town! Not sure I will ever use them all. Add to that some 'must have' at the time metal embellishments and you have a LO.

I'm so glad I went looking!
