My Princess My Dog

I had to take a 'time-out brain-break' from report writing on Saturday night, so what better way to do that than scrap a LO. I decided to use the Sketch challenge from ScrapBoutique's Cybercrop this weekend to scrap this photo I have had sitting on my desk with these BG Pyrus PPs for weeks. I'm so glad I did because I love the end result! Then again I'd love anything that wasn't a report!!!

I created these pretty cards using the "Tea For Two" packet of flowers from Tattered Inspirations. I also used some Tattered hatpins in the flowers and the lovely Candy Lane papers from Kaiser and my newest acquisition - the gorgeous Martha Stewart Monarch Butterfly punch!

A Little 'Tattered' Gift Idea

Looking for an inexpensive, pretty gift idea? Then look no further!! Scrapbooking embellishments are not just for layouts. For a few dollars I purchased this glass candle holder and I have used some Monet inspired blooms, a floral cabachon and a vintage doily from Tattered Inspirations, along with some chippie embellishments from Scrapmatts, an old ticket, paper and ribbon to create this decorated candle holder.
